June 24, 2025 – The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN®) announced yesterday the addition of Janine Finck-Boyle as the Senior Vice President, Engagement, to the organization’s executive leadership team.
In this expanded role, Finck-Boyle will lead efforts to support AAPACN members and stakeholders through highlighting the value of education and certification in driving quality improvement and resident outcomes.
A licensed nursing home administrator, Finck-Boyle brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the post-acute care sector, including executive roles focused on organizational strategy, operations, and regulatory advocacy. She joins AAPACN from LeadingAge, where she served as Vice President of Health Policy and Regulatory Affairs, guiding national policy initiatives and representing the interests of non-profit aging services providers.
