Under her leadership, the facility improved from 1 to 3 stars, with continued focus on quality care and strong survey outcomes.

She is innovative, coming up with her own business plan to eliminate agency, improve her staffing, bonus structure and control. Keke started as a brand new MDS and Admissions Coordinator, and has embraced not only those two roles, but an overall role in the facility. She displays excellent leadership skills with an emphasis on ensuring compassionate patient care, while simultaneously completing accurate required documentation for our direct care staff. She educates by hands on example. She picked up MDS completion very quickly with accuracy and efficiency, allowing her to also focus on the process of admissions. She is always pleasant and goes so far above and beyond; especially while working with a typically challenging resident population, in addition to agency staff. I feel very blessed to have her our team, she has definitely made the facility a better place for our residents and our employees!
