Communicating with AAPACN, AANAC, and AADNS

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all AAPACN staff will be working from home. We will maintain our normal business hours of 7:30 am MT to 4:30 pm MT. In addition to the safety of our staff and their families, our priority continues to be to provide the members of AANAC and AADNS with access to member benefits and excellent customer service.

Because our staff will be working remotely, we will be unable to answer the phones immediately. We ask that you do the following to contact us.

  1. The best way to contact us will be to email your question or concern to the appropriate address below. Please include your name, phone number, and a brief question or description of your issue. Depending on the complexity of your issue or question, we will reply by email or phone.

    All AANAC and AADNS Training Partner Workshops for the remainder of March and April have been postponed. The ICD-10 and RAC-CT Recertification Preconference Workshops will be held virtually on April 14-15. We are evaluating options for the QCP Preconference Workshop.

  2. For less complex questions, visit either AANAC.org or AADNS-LTC.org and enter your question into the chat box on the home page. This box only appears on the page when someone is available to assist. The chat feature is available Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

  3. You may still call our office at 800.768.1880 and leave a voice mail message, and someone will return your call.
