Your conference registration includes:
All education sessions (preconference workshops require additional registration fees), conference materials, Wednesday’s opening reception, lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Thursday and Friday, Thursday evening networking event, all refreshments breaks, and online access to the Annual Conference Community.
Your preconference workshop registration includes:
The two-day QCP workshop registration includes access to certification exams and breakfast and lunch each day. The two-day RAC-CT Recertification workshop registration includes access to certification and final exams and breakfast on Wednesday. The ICD-10 workshop registration includes access to the certificate exam and breakfast on Wednesday.

March 16, 2020 – discounted hotel rate is available through this date; however, rooms at this rate are at a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to ensure your spot.
March 23, 2020 – Early-bird discount ends at midnight
April 6, 2020 – Pre-registration deadline. All registrations after this date must be handled on-site and higher fees will apply.
AAPACN Conference accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If a check payment is accompanying your form, please make the check out to AAPACN. Cancellation and Transfers
For all preconference workshops and conference, cancellations and/or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to the AAPACN office via email to conference@AAPACN.org. All cancellations received by April 6, 2020, will be refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee. After April 6, 2020, no refunds will be issued except in case of emergency or a visit from State Surveyors. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other AAPACN programs.

Commercial support provided to AAPACN by exhibitors and/or sponsor has in no way influenced or biased the content of the educational activities and conference sessions. AAPACN does not endorse or promote commercial products or services within its educational programs that are awarded continuing nursing education.
AAPACN does a thorough evaluation when developing and implementing an educational activity to ensure that Planning Committee members, speakers, and presenters do not have conflicts of interest; if a conflict of interest is identified, it is resolved and disclosed to all participants prior to the beginning of the activity.
You must be an AAPACN, AANAC, or AADNS member at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate. Membership is non-transferrable; it is based on the individual and not the organization. Any attendee substitutions must also be AAPACN, AANAC or AADNS members at the time of the registration, or the non-member rate will be assessed. You may join AAPACN, AANAC or AADNS at the time of your registration by adding a membership option on the reverse side of the form. Full payment for registration and membership must accompany your registration form.
