We are upgrading your learning experience! The AAPACN Learner Dashboard will transition to a new platform at the end of March. New features include improved accessibility and navigation, streamlined content delivery, and automatic program enrollment following purchase.
During this transition, the AAPACN Learner Dashboard will not be available from March 23–29, 2026. This means you will not have access to your dashboard and you will not be able to purchase education or register for events.
How to Prepare for the Transition
There are a few steps you should take now to prepare for the transition:
- Review all course and certification expiration dates in your current AAPACN Learner Dashboard.
- Download any documents you may need during the transition period.
- Plan to complete any modules or exams you have started.
- Be aware that any certifications and recertifications set to expire between March 23–29, 2026, will need to be completed by March 22, 2026.
FAQs
If you have items that will expire during the planned downtime period of March 23-29, 2026, your courses have been updated to now expire March 22, 2026. Please log in now and check all your expiration dates and complete those items no later than March 22, 2026.
If your certification expires between March 23-29, 2026, please complete your recertification requirements by March 22, 2026. There will be no extensions and no exceptions as the new system no longer allows for that.
Your certification date will not change. You have a six-month window to complete your recertification before the expiration date. If your expiration date is between March 23-29, 2026, we encourage you to complete your recertification requirements now.
Any completed products, like exams for a certification, will be saved. Any items you have not started, will still be in your dashboard after the transition period. However, anything you have started but have not yet completed, including an individual course or an exam, will require you to start over from the beginning. We encourage you to complete anything currently in progress no later than March 22, 2026.
You will not be able to purchase education during the March 23-29, 2026 transition period. This includes on-demand courses, workshops, webinars, and tools. AAPACN membership will not be affected; you will be able to purchase a new membership or renew a membership nearing its expiration.
