Keep in mind, the web version does not include a few key features, such as:
- Your personal QR code and QR scanner for easy connecting at the conference
- Push notifications with important updates during the conference
- Chatting with other attendees before and during the conference
- Access to the shared conference photo album

You’ll have easy access to all your conference handouts before and during the conference in the conference app! We’ll send a notification as soon as the handouts are available, so you won’t miss a thing. Once you get the alert, simply head to the Handouts tab, select the session you want, and download the materials directly to your mobile device or via the web version of the app. It’s that easy to stay prepared and organized!
To sign up for sessions, visit the Conference Agenda tab, where you'll find headings for each day of the event. Simply click on the date, then choose the sessions you want to attend by tapping the + next to the session title. It's that simple to start building your perfect conference schedule!
If a session or event requires pre-registration, you'll find a note in the description, so you won’t miss it! Be sure to sign up in advance to secure your spot. For breakout sessions, we highly recommend taking a moment to plan ahead and choose the ones you’d like to attend. Once you've signed up, your custom schedule will be available under the My Schedule tab. This information helps us assign rooms based on expected attendance, ensuring everyone has a comfortable experience
Absolutely! You can easily update your session selections in the app. Simply go to the Conference Agenda tab, uncheck the sessions you no longer plan to attend, and then click the + next to the sessions you want to add. It’s that simple to customize and update your schedule.
Don’t wait—start connecting today! Head to the Connect tab to see a list of all attendees. Use the search box at the top to easily find people you’d like to connect with. Once you’ve found someone, simply click the Add button next to their name to send a contact request. After they accept, you’ll be able to message them directly. Start building your network now!
