Registration Information and Conference Fees
Your conference registration includes –
All educational sessions, conference materials, evening reception on Tuesday and Wednesday, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, lunch on Thursday, all refreshment breaks, and access to the AAPACN Conference App. *Note: The AAPACN Education Foundation bourbon tasting event requires an additional registration fee.

New Bundle Option
Eliminate the need to decide between two sessions by including the Session Recording Bundle add-on with your conference registration. The 2025 Conference Session Recording Bundle will include two General Catalyst Sessions and a minimum of six education sessions. Note that not all sessions will be recorded. The specific titles included in the bundle will be announced prior to the live event. Take advantage of this exclusive preorder option only available to attendees at the time of registration. Prices will be higher after the conference.

Group Registration Fees
In order to qualify for the group registration discount, a minimum of three members must be registered at the same time. Each individual must be a current AAPACN member.

Important Dates
March 20, 2025 – The discounted hotel rate is only available through this date and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to secure the discounted rate.
March 24, 2025 – Early-bird registration discount ends at 11:59 pm MT.
March 25 – April 14, 2025 – Standard registration pricing.
April 15, 2025 – Late registration pricing. Higher fees apply for all registrations on or after this date.
April 21, 2025 – Online registration closes. All registrations after this date must be handled on-site.
Payment Information
AAPACN accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If a check payment is accompanying your form, please make the check out to AAPACN. We are unable to process registration forms received without payment. The payment must be postmarked by April 14, 2025. Please mail your registration form with payment to: 400 S. Cancellation and Transfers
All conference cancellations and/or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to AAPACN. Click here to submit a request. All cancellations received by April 14, 2025, will be refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee. After April 14, 2025, no refunds will be issued except in the case of an emergency or a visit from state surveyors. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other AAPACN programs.
The AAPACN 2025 Conference is eligible for up to 12.5 CEs.
The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. AAPACN works in conjunction with the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) to provide nursing home administrators continuing education. Official NAB approval is pending.

AAPACN does not endorse or promote commercial products or services within its educational programs that are awarded continuing nursing education.
AAPACN does a thorough evaluation when developing and implementing an educational activity to ensure that planning committee members, speakers, and presenters do not have any relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies; if a relevant financial relationship is identified, it is resolved and disclosed to all participants prior to the beginning of the activity.
Membership
You must be an AAPACN member at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate. Individual membership is non-transferrable; it is based on the individual and not the organization unless your organization is part of AAPACN’s organizational membership program. Any attendee substitutions must also be AAPACN members at the time of the registration, or the non-member rate will be assessed. You may join AAPACN at the time of your registration by adding a membership option. Full payment for registration and membership must accompany your registration.
Educational Session Changes
The agenda disclosed is preliminary. The final agenda and educational offerings may change. Recording and Photo Release
By attending the AAPACN Conference, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your registration for the AAPACN Conference constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the AAPACN Conference and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.
