Registration Information and Conference Fees

Register online

To register online for the conference, click the “Register Now” button. If you are a member of AAPACN, you be asked to login. If you are not a member of AAPACN, you will be asked to create a contact record before beginning the registration process. If you are registering other people, please have the member number and contact information for each individual available.

All conference attendees, presenters, staff, and engagement solution providers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend the AAPACN 2022 Conference. A negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted as a substitution for being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please visit the COVID-19 policy page for more details.

Your conference registration includes

All conference educational sessions, conference materials, Tuesday’s evening event, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday, all refreshment breaks, and online access to the Conference Community. *Note: Preconference workshops and Foundation FUNdraiser Walk require additional registration fees.

Your preconference workshop registration includes –

The two-day QCP workshop registration includes access to certification exam and breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

The two-day RAC-CT Recertification Workshop registration includes access to certification and final exams and breakfast on Tuesday.

The ICD-10 Workshop registration includes access to the certificate exam and breakfast on Tuesday.

Group Registration Fees

In order to qualify for the group registration discount, a minimum of three members must be registered at the same time. Each individual must be a current AAPACN member.

Important Dates

March 14, 2022 – The discounted hotel rate is only available through this date, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please book early to secure the discounted rate.

March 22, 2022 – Early-bird registration discount ends at midnight

April 4, 2022 – Pre-registration deadline. All registrations after this date must be handled on-site and higher fees will apply.

Payment Information

AAPACN Conference accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If a check payment is accompanying your form, please make the check out to AAPACN. We are unable to process registration forms received without payment. The payment must be postmarked by April 4, 2022. Please mail your registration form with payment to: 400 S. Cancellation and Transfers

All conference cancellations and/or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to AAPACN via email to [email protected]. All cancellations received by April 4, 2022, will be refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee. After April 4, 2022, no refunds will be issued except in case of emergency or a visit from state surveyors. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other AAPACN programs.

Commercial support provided to AAPACN by exhibitors and/or sponsors has in no way influenced or biased the content of the educational activities and conference sessions. AAPACN does not endorse or promote commercial products or services within its educational programs that are awarded continuing nursing education.

AAPACN does a thorough evaluation when developing and implementing an educational activity to ensure that Planning Committee members, speakers, and presenters do not have conflicts of interest; if a conflict of interest is identified, it is resolved and disclosed to all participants prior to the beginning of the activity.


You must be an AAPACN member at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate. Membership is non-transferrable; it is based on the individual and not the organization. Any attendee substitutions must also be AAPACN members at the time of the registration, or the non-member rate will be assessed.  You may join AAPACN at the time of your registration by adding a membership option. Full payment for registration and membership must accompany your registration form.

Educational Session Changes:

The agenda disclosed is preliminary. The final agenda and educational offerings may change. Please consult the conference mobile APP for final session schedules or visit the conference schedule detail for updates to the schedule.
