Call for Presentations
Submissions must be received by Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, to be considered. Selected speakers will be notified in late October.

Additional Considerations
- Proposals should not include more than two presenters per session.
- Presentations should include 50–65 minutes of content and 10-minutes for Q&A.
- AAPACN will assign presentations to either a 60 or 75 minute session slot upon review of all accepted proposals.
- AAPACN anticipates at least 700 attendees at the 2027 Conference.
The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, Sept. 25, 2026. The AAPACN conference session task force will review all submissions and selected speakers will be notified in late October.
Helpful tips for completing the Call for Presentation form:
- This web form does not auto-save, so be sure to review all questions and have your answers ready to input at the same time for submission.
- Be specific with your topic. It is better to cover a smaller topic very well than promise too much and be incomplete.
- Consultants should present with a client. Real-world examples of program development and implementation partnerships create a unique learning experience that can be more engaging and memorable than a lecture format.
