In her nomination of Angela, the facility ADON explained, “Angela is a leader and always leads by example, reporting to work to help any department day or night and showing that she is willing to do whatever it takes to keep the residents happy and well cared for. She develops relationships with each one of her residents, and family members respect her as she treats them as her own family. By demonstrating characteristics of integrity including honesty and respect, Angela makes every resident in her care feel as if they are the most important person in the facility, because to her, they are.”
